Northern Career Resources
The Keewatin Career Development Corporation (KCDC) has been involved
in supporting career services in Northern Saskatchewan since 1996. We
help northern career service providers exchange information and provide
complete information to their clients. This is done primarily through
the Career Services web site, but also includes coordination of inter-agency
career counsellor meetings and provision of specialized functions such
as outplacement services.
KCDC offers career counselling support through the Career Services website
and community access centers throughout Northern Saskatchewan. Counsellors,
students and community members planning their career, seeking employment
or training, or considering a career change are able to find information
on employment projections, current employment opportunities and a range
of resources and information on the site.
The Career Resources section of the Career Service website has information
to help you plan your training path or career. Career Planning shows a
process that can be used to make career decisions and Real People provides
examples of Northerners in the workplace.
